Appointment Booking
Appointments may be booked through the online booking system or directly with the clinic.
Appointment times are reserved specifically for each patient. Dr. Kate Morrison prepares for appointments in advance in order to provide high-quality individualized care.
Cancellation Policy
Whitestone Wellness requires at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, will incur a $50 late cancellation fee, which will be automatically charged to the card on file.
Providing sufficient notice allows the clinic to offer the appointment time to another patient who may be waiting for care.
First Visit Deposit Policy
New patients are required to place a $50 deposit when booking their initial appointment.
This deposit is applied toward the cost of the visit and helps ensure appointment availability for patients who are ready to proceed with care.
If the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed, the deposit may be retained as a late cancellation fee.
Weather Policy
In the event of poor weather conditions, in-person appointments may be converted to a secure virtual visit so that the appointment can still proceed.
If you would prefer a phone appointment instead, please notify the clinic in advance.
Appointments will not typically be cancelled due to weather unless exceptional circumstances arise.
Supplement and Product Recommendations
Dr. Kate Morrison may recommend nutritional supplements, botanical remedies, or other therapeutic products as part of a treatment plan.
Some products may be available through services such as Fullscript or through clinic purchasing options. Patients are under no obligation to purchase recommended products through the clinic and may obtain them from any source they choose.
